Refund policy

INDIA

Our goal is to provide you with an excellent service experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to assist you. Once your order is received, please review the order as soon as possible. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers can reach out within 24 hours after receiving their order specifying the issue and images of the product (damaged, missing products) and upon receiving and verifying the request by the Sttylme experts we will provide a refund.

IMPORTANT POINTS

  • Order once shipped cannot be canceled. **NO EXCEPTION**
  • As we go through stringent checks before shipping out the products, Return/Exchange is only valid if the product is damaged or lost in transit.
  • If you still need to return the product due to other reasons, a Flat 25% RESTOCKING FEE** will be applied to the entire order amount and the remaining amount will be credited back to you, once we receive the product back in the same condition with original Tags and packaging intact.
**For example - if your total order amount is Rs. 1000, you will be refunded Rs. 750 (25% will be deducted as a Restocking Fee)

    INTERNATIONAL

    • If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, no refund can be processed.
    • If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting transaction charges.
    • We, unfortunately, do not have any return & exchange policy for international customers.
