Shipping
It generally takes us approximately 2 business days (Order verification, quality check, and packaging) before they are shipped out of the warehouse. It also takes a few business days for delivery. As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped to you at no charge. No shipping charges or process fees are added to the cost of each item. You are only charged for the item.
Your order will be shipped out in business days i.e., Monday to Friday, if it is placed before Friday evening (IST) Otherwise, it will be processed on Monday or next following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or legal holidays.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to deliver the order the next business day.
Returns
Our goal is to provide you with an excellent service experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to assist you. Once your order is received, please review the order as soon as possible. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
