Our goal is to provide you with an excellent service experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to assist you. Once your order is received, please review the order as soon as possible. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt of your order. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Customers can reach out within 24 hours after receiving their order specifying the issue and images of the product (damaged, missing products) and upon receiving and verifying the request by the Sttylme experts we will provide a refund.

  • Order once shipped cannot be canceled. **NO EXCEPTION** 
  • As we go through stringent checks before shipping out the products, Return/Exchange is only valid if the product is damaged or lost in transit. 
  • If you still need to return the product due to other reasons, a Flat 25% RESTOCKING FEE** will be applied to the entire order amount and the remaining amount will be credited back to you, once we receive the product back in the same condition with original Tags and packaging intact. 

**For example - if your total order amount is Rs. 1000, you will be refunded Rs. 750 (25% will be deducted as a Restocking Fee) 


  • If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, no refund can be processed. 
  • If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting transaction charges. 
  • We, unfortunately, do not have any return & exchange policy for international customers.


  • It generally takes us to process and ship the orders within approximately 2 business days (Order verification, quality check, and packaging) before they are shipped out of the warehouse. It also takes a few business days for delivery (3-5 days). As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.
  • Once your order is placed, it will be shipped to you at no charge. No shipping charges or process fees are added to the cost of each item. You are only charged for the item. 
  • Your order will be shipped out in business days i.e., Monday to Friday, if it is placed before Friday evening (IST) Otherwise, it will be processed on Monday or next following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays. 

If there is an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to deliver the order the next business day. 


  • All Orders accepted for International addresses are Pre-Paid only. 
  • Shipping charges for our international locations will be calculated during checkout.
  • Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is AEOFS4584H
  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the product details.
  • Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days. 
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at within 2 hours of placing an order.

Tracking your order at Sttylme is quick and easy. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and whatsapp message with a tracking number. 

Simply click on the tracking number provided, or visit our website and enter your tracking number in the designated tracking section to get real-time updates on the status and location of your order.

Yes, you can cancel your order at Sttylme, but please note that cancellations can only be made before the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team atsupport@sttylme.comas soon as possible with your order details. 

They will assist you in the cancellation process and provide any necessary information regarding refunds or store credits.
