Shipping policy

It generally takes us to process and ship the orders within approximately 2 business days (Order verification, quality check, and packaging) before they are shipped out of the warehouse. It also takes a few business days for delivery (4-6 days). As soon as your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped to you at no charge. No shipping charges or process fees are added to the cost of each item. You are only charged for the item.

Your order will be shipped out in business days i.e., Monday to Friday, if it is placed before Friday evening (IST) Otherwise, it will be processed on Monday or next following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or legal holidays.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to deliver the order the next business day.

International

All Orders accepted for international addresses are Pre-Paid only.
Shipping charges for our international locations will be calculated during checkout.
Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is AEOFS4584H)
Orders are shipped within 7-8 working days. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the product details.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing an order.

Refund & Exchange (International Orders)

If, unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, no refund can be processed.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting transaction charges.
We, unfortunately, do not have any return & exchange policy for international customers.
